This could be an onsite meeting, phone call, or virtual consultation. During this process, we review your challenges and what you’re looking for in a design company. This first step is important to determine if we are a good fit for your needs.

The next step in our process is to align on a project scope and service agreement that both parties will sign. If you approve of your project scope, a non-refundable deposit will be required to book your initial design meeting and guarantee your project's place in our queue.

Once the design concept(s) have been developed and you’re over the moon about your project, we will sign off on the final renderings and move forward on selecting materials/ products, including, but not limited to, cabinetry, countertops, flooring, tiles, plumbing, lighting, paint colors, and any furniture/ accessories.

During the construction phase (if applicable), we always make it a point to stop by the job site during key stages and milestones to check in on the progress of your renovation and answer any questions. Once the project is completed, we schedule a styling and photoshoot session to showcase your brand-new design project!
